Our process starts with a thorough walk through of the interior and exterior of the property including photography for your records.  Then our team meets and reviews what changes are needed in order to maximize the amount of rent for the property.  Next, a complete estimate with projected time frames is created and emailed to the client for review.  We will then coordinate the entire repair and, at time of completion, photos are taken of all work done.
